We are Sharon and Oscar Sadler, partners in life, love, and purpose. With over four decades of marriage and life experience together, we bring more than knowledge to the work we do. We bring the wisdom of what we've lived, the lessons we've learned, and the love we've continued to choose.

We know that lasting love isn't about having a perfect relationship. It's about two imperfect people who remain willing to grow, heal, forgive, and choose one another through life's changing seasons.

Our journey has been filled with beautiful memories, unexpected challenges, seasons of uncertainty, and moments when our faith and commitment were tested. We've learned that love is more than something you feel. It's something you demonstrate through honesty, intentional communication, compassion, forgiveness, and the willingness to do the work.

Through S.O.S. Marriage Network, we bring our real-life experiences, faith, and passion for relationships into creating a safe space for couples to have the conversations that matter. Whether you're preparing for marriage, navigating a difficult season, rebuilding trust, or simply longing to reconnect, we believe healing and restoration are possible when both people are willing to begin with truth.

We don't profess to have all the answers, and we certainly don't claim to have done everything right. But we do know the power of grace, forgiveness, perseverance, and choosing love even when life gets complicated.

Our heart is to remind couples that their present circumstances do not have to determine the ending of their story.

Helping women rediscover themselves, reclaim their power, and embrace their NEXT.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, woman of faith, and a woman who knows what it means to navigate life's unexpected twists and turns.

I've experienced seasons of tremendous joy, but I've also walked through seasons of loss, disappointment, uncertainty, and having to begin again. And through it all, I've learned something powerful: Life may change your circumstances, but it doesn't have to diminish who you are or who God created you to become.

As a Women's Transformation Coach, my passion is helping women, particularly those navigating midlife transitions, rediscover their identity, recognize their worth, and find the courage to embrace the next chapter of their lives.

I understand what it means to wear so many hats that somewhere along the way, you forget the woman underneath them all.

My approach is rooted in truth, transparency, compassion, spiritual awareness, and the belief that healing begins when we become willing to be honest with ourselves.

I don't believe that starting over means you've failed. Sometimes it simply means you've outgrown who you needed to be in order to survive, and now it's time to discover who you're becoming.
